  • Data you provide us: When you contact us, book a demonstration, place an order or interact with us in any other way, we collect the personal data you provide. In any case, we will only ask you for the information we really need. You are free to choose whether or not to provide it, but if you refuse, we will not be able to fulfill your requests or provide you with access to our services.

  • Data we collect from other sources: subject to applicable law, we may collect personal data about you from other sources such as professional social networks.
  • Data we collect and process on behalf of clients: when our business customers use our services, such as our Reverse Image Search solution, we process personal data (including images and data) on their behalf as a data processor. In these cases, the client is the data controller. The client is responsible for most aspects of the data processing. If we receive requests for rights regarding cases where we are acting as a data processor, we will forward your request to the relevant client..

  • Our external advisors (lawyers, auditors, etc.), when necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Navee,
  • Public or judicial authorities, when we are legally required to do so.
  • We may also share your personal data with third parties in connection with a potential or actual sale or restructuring of our company or certain of our assets, in which case your data may be one of the transferred assets.

    We also use data processors to process your personal data on our behalf. In this context, your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to countries (such as the United States) that do not offer the same level of protection for your data as you enjoy within the EEA.     6. Protection of minors

    Our services are not intended for minors and are not intended to be used by minors. We do not knowingly collect information from minors and we do not ask them for any information. We do not knowingly allow minors to use our services. Any person providing information to Navee in connection with an order represents that they have reached the legal age of majority. If we discover that we have collected information from a minor without their parent's or legal representative's permission, we will delete the information.

    When we process data from minors as part of a demonstration submitted by a website visitor or research submitted by a customer, the visitor or customer must ensure that he has obtained the consent of the minor and their parents or legal representative.
